Happy Halloween!

Hi Lovelies, today I bring you some pictures from Miss ALternative which I competed in last Saturday night. Unfortunately I did not place but I had super fun!! We had lovely people who did our hair and makeup and lots of photographers and an all around good time. There were three rounds and three outfits. I only managed to get a few shots on my phone after the competition, I am waiting for the professional shots of us gals on the runway to post for you :)

My last outfit was a cop outfit, pretty much a dead cop - it was Halloween themed! I had a gunshot wound on my chest which you cant see, blood coming from my ears and mouth and black around my eyes for that dead look :)

We went to a club down the road after and I ran into a few of my friends - the boys in blue so of course I had to get a picture!

 

Hope you enjoyed my pictures, hopefully I will have some more for you soon. We havent had any trick or treaters, I wasnt really expecting any there arent too many kids in my area and we are in a back section - plus I didnt by any lollies haha.

 

We just had a decent aftershock just as I was writing this so thats my fright for this Halloween!

Black polka dots and pleats

Hey lovelies how are we all? Black on black for ya today but I guess that is fitting since its Halloween tomorrow! We dont really celebrate it here in New Zealand, it is an exscuse to throw dress up partys though! We are having a Halloween themed day at work tommorrow with a bake off and all sorts and I have a dress up party to go to on Saturday - cant wait!

Neon, Leather, Studs and cut outs

Hi Lovelies, sorry about the lack of posts this week, its been a busy one! Did Miss Alternative lastnight, it was so nerve racking! Most of the other girls were freaking out too thank god and they were all lovely so it was a blast! I didnt get anywhere but it was super fun! I will post some pics when they are out, the boy wasnt able to get any :(

Anywho keen for a nice relaxing day today then Boom, back to work for the week then another busy weekend next weekend. I love this neon cut out top, its super comfy and adds a bit extra to any outfit! Great for this in between weather......can summer come asap though please?

Hey lovelies, how are we all? Yay for a short week! Two more days of work then the weekend whoo hoo! I have a rehersal Friday for Miss Alternative Saturday - trying not to think about it too much or I'll get too nervous!

Nice simple outfit today but still comfy and styley I think! I love jeans with zips and I picked up these in London. They have that wet look too which is a bonus!

If it aint broke - dont fix it

Hello my friends, did you have a nice weekend? Its a long weekend here so i got today off too whoo hoo! I spent the day, cleaning the house, walking around Hagley park with a friend, baking, watching movies and went to a fitting for the Miss Alternative show thats this weekend! Not bad for a Monday huh?

 

I wore a similar outfit just a few days ago on the blog, just like the saying goes, if it aint broke dont fix it haha. I had to wear my new Isabel Marant shoes again...Im sure the novelty will wear off soon...
