Sports Wear !

Hey lovelies, something a bit different today. Ive been trying to squeeze in as much fitness as possible before our holiday soon and of course the upcoming summer. Me and the boy have ventured out some weekends, we've done mountain biking and the other weekend we went and played tennis. However first I had to go buy a tennis racket and some balls haha. I also decided that I needed a pair of decent gym shoes as I have two pairs which I bought on special but they just werent lasting the distance....I got the mean deal, the shoes were already on special and I also had a $10 off voucher PLUS I scored a free water bottle and a free T-shirt! I thought I would snap a few quick pics of my new sports gear hehe

Date Night

Hi Lovelies, how was your weekend? They go by wayyyy to fast for me, I only just start relaxing and then BAM its Monday again. Ugh. Bring on our holiday! The boy and I went on a date night recently to Flying Burrito Brothers, we havent been there since it has relocated after the February earthquake. Not going to lie I was a bit dissapointed as the meals arent particularly large but it was still pleasant enough. We then went and got us some maccas Sundae's and went for a drive up the hills and parked up with a view and ate them. Ended the night with a movie at home....it was a very nice night!

Ive decided to sell this dress, I love the colour but the shape at the top around the shoulders doesnt do me any favours so out it goes!

You can see how much the pink has faded in these pictures its insane, although it seems to have stayed the same sort of cotton candy colour....lets hope it stays for a bit longer still!

Introducing: Pink Bits!!

Hi Lovelies! I have finally caught up with to my pink hair :) This is the day I got it done so it is super bright!! The pink fades ALOT quicker than the purple did, its still bright pink underneath but the lengths are alot lighter now....I was hoping I'd still have pink in my hair when I go to Aussie....guess I'll have to wait and see if its still there!

I couldnt help wearing something bright to go with my bright hair hehe.

Iron

I really need to start using mine. I cannot be bothered taking my clothes back off to iron them after Ive put them on....I always think they wont look as bad on....but then I look at these pictures and realise how shit they look lol. This top is another one of my recent buys at Dotti - only $20! Cant wait to rock it more over the warmer months.

I see so many bloggers wearing shirts with the buttons done all the way up like this and I think it looks fab....not so sure it looks fab on me though...ahhh well gotta try these things!

Just talked to a longtime mate over in aussie, shes telling me places to go when me and the boy go to the Gold Coast soon - I cant tell you how excited Im getting!!! Basically its a month today until we go eeeeeee :)

In The Hills

Hey lovelies! Hope you all had a fab weekend - I had a pretty good one, as you know from my last post Friday was a pretty good day/night, Saturday I wandered to the mall and picked me up some spiffy new gym shoes which also came with a free t-shirt and water bottle hehe, a tennis racket and some balls then me and the boy biked down to a local school and played us some tennis! All was going well until the boy was practising his serves and served me up a ball to the neck :( We then biked home and chilled & went lingere shopping as ya do. Saturday night we had some drinkies at ours then Sunday we went out to Ruapuna and watched cars to burnouts till their tyres popped then walked to Hagley Park to the Rugby World Cup Fan Zone and watched NZ play (read kick arse) Canada along with 3000 odd other people - was a good day! I then somehow ended up watching 2012 by myself for a bit Sunday night which wasnt ideal as the earthquake scenes just brought back some shitty memories :( But alas its just a movie!

I went up the port hills recently to get some pictures with the view of Christchurch in the background but silly me didnt think about the sun! Unfortunately it was in the wrong position to get pictures with the view in the background so I had to settle with trees haha good to have a different background to my pictures though! Oh and please ignore the need to iron my dress I didnt have time to iron it!
